폐건전지 무인회수기가 필요한 이유
매년 가정과 사업장에서 배출되는 폐건전지의 양은 꾸준히 증가하고 있습니다.
하지만 수거 장소가 부족하거나 분리배출이 번거로워
여전히 많은 건전지가 일반 쓰레기와 함께 버려지고 있습니다.
이렇게 버려진 건전지는 단순한 쓰레기가 아니라,
환경오염과 안전사고의 주요 원인이 되고 있습니다.
환경오염: 건전지 속 중금속(수은, 납 등)은 토양과 수질을 오염시킵니다.
화재 위험: 배터리가 쓰레기로 잘못 배출되면 소각장 화재를 유발합니다.
자원 낭비: 건전지에는 재활용 가능한 금속(니켈, 아연, 철 등)이 포함되어 있습니다.
*결국 폐건전지는 작은 쓰레기지만 큰 위험을 내포한 존재이며 소중한 자원입니다.
폐건전지 무인회수기란?
사용이 끝난 폐건전지를 손쉽게 배출할 수 있도록 제작된 무인 회수 장치로
배출자가 건전지를 투입하면 내부 인식장치가 이를 감지하여 분류, 적재하고, 수거량을 집계해 보상을 하는 장치입니다.
통신장치를 통해 데이터를 PG사와 관리시스템으로 전송해 보상금을 지급하고, 관리자는 통계 내역을 바탕으로 효과적인 정책 수립과 개발, 관리가 가능합니다.

| 01 폐건전지 수거 및 분류 | 무인회수기를 통해 수거된 폐건전지는 종류별로 분류됩니다. 알카라인 건전지는 주로 아연(Zn)과 망간(Mn)을 주성분으로 포함하고 있어, 금속 회수 효율이 높은 편입니다.  |
